G.M Contractors has developed a broad range of expertise in the realms of architecture, planning and interiors, spanning a wide variety of building types, with specific emphasis on the relationship of human scale to the built environment our expertise has been developed by maintaining a small, highly organized core group of creative, specialized talent, broadening the core group with additional capability as required enhancing the firm’s capacity for specific project needs. In order to enhance the level of service provided to clients, G.M Contractors has developed a high level/experienced of expertise in the field of ARCHITECTS, supportive of the design, production and contract administration activities of the company. Design is assisted with the use of 3D design on the Computer Assisted Design and Drafting (CADD) system. All contract documents are executed on the computer system. This makes the information transportable by electronics, allowing full contract drawings to be reviewed around the country within minutes through the use of telephone modems. Graphic and non-graphic material is also transmitted by standard fax systems for smooth work and much up-to-date about the modern changes in our field (ARCHITECTS).
